At Tropical Heart Designs, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping rates, and tracking information.

Processing Times

• All items are handmade to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. For custom or bulk orders, additional processing time may apply, and we will communicate any expected delays.

Shipping Options and Rates

• We offer standard shipping which is calculated based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method.  Expediated options may be available upon request.  Please contact us prior to placing an order.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited options, if selected, typically deliver within 1-3 business days after processing.

International Shipping

At this time, Tropical Heart Designs does not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

• If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist in locating or replacing your order. Please note that once the package leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery, and we may require assistance from them for resolution.

Address Changes

• Please verify your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided during checkout. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update your information before shipping.
