• Hygiene and Safety: Due to the intimate nature of earrings and hair accessories, returns are not accepted to maintain high standards of hygiene and prevent any potential health risks.

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide a replacement or a store credit for any items that arrive damaged due to shipping or production errors. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required to process your request.
